Please note that orders are processed within 24 hours of
receiving order.
If you need to ship overnight, please plan accordingly and order a full day in advance
of the day you need the order to ship. Please consult with your salesperson for the final
shipping cost.
If your order is time sensitive
(need within 24 hours), please contact the store by phone at 800/331-3005 and discuss
your order directly with one of our salespersons. Also note that any shipment of alcohol
MUST be signed for by an adult, 21 years or older. No exceptions.
In order for
Hi-Time Cellars to continue providing our customers with services such as shipping, we must include
certain stipulations & articles of agreement. The following conditions relate to the shipping of
goods by Hi-Time Cellars. By requesting shipment of any merchandise the consignee agrees to all of the
following conditions.
Hi-Time Wine Cellars makes absolutely no suggestions or intimates the right
of any person to import nor export alcoholic beverages across state and/or international boundaries.
All alcoholic beverages apportioned through Hi-Time Wine Cellars are sold in California. Hi-Time Wine
Cellars also reserves the right to arbitrate any and all procedures in packaging and arranging for
shipment of merchandise. In addition, Hi-Time Cellars assumes no liability for any misinterpretation
of the above provisions.
Hi-Time Wine Cellars is not liable for any damages to goods caused by
weather conditions and other "Acts of God" during transportation. Because weather conditions
can change drastically at any time, we also assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather
during transportation. "Acts of God" include catastrophes such as, but not limited to: plane
crashes, unforeseeable delays or accidents, destruction due to domestic and international unrest
(i.e. riots, war, public enemies) confiscation, quarantine or natural disaster. The experienced
staff of the shipping department at Hi-Time Wine Cellars takes every precaution to insure safe transit
of goods requested by our customers. If you wish to ship other than as advised by the Hi-Time
Shipping department, we will do so only with a completed liability release form, which we can fax or
email to you. |

Shipping prices cover materials, labor and charges levied by carriers.
Hi-Time Cellars does not profit from shipping charges.
Please allow 5-7 business days delivery (Mon.-Fri. excluding holidays)
from time of pickup by carriers for orders shipped by ground.
Hi-Time offers international shipping!

We are currently only shipping wine and beer internationally (sorry,
no spirits/alcohol). Please read the above shipping disclaimer.
Hi-Time Wine Cellars does not regulate nor have knowledge of any applicable taxes or tariffs that may be added by the destination country. We strongly advise
that you check with local shipping officials regarding any such taxes or tariffs. We will ship, at your request, but cannot accept shipments back
if said taxes or tariffs raise the ultimate cost of the shipment Please contact us with any questions or for estimated costs (actual costs are not known until the packaged goods
are weighed and we receive an actual quote from the service provider). Note: If using a credit card for international shipments, we need the phone number of the issuing bank to verify purchases. We also can accept wire
